Under the general supervision of the Administrator, an employee in this class performs a wide range of highly responsible, complex, and confidential administrative duties in support of the Administrator/CEO and the executive team. Work requires high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to exercise sound independent judgment. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent service and information to internal and external contacts. Includes responsibility for the supervision of staff assigned to the Administrator’s Office.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Public or Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or similar field, and four (4) years executive level office administration experience with minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory capacity. CPM Certification preferred. In evaluating potential candidates for this position, the Administrator will consider professional certifications, and a track record of successfully supporting senior officials. The Administrator reserves the right to make substitutions of required education and experience elements based on the applicant’s career totality.
