The Communication and Member Education Specialist supports the development and distribution of press releases, public service announcements, newsletters, and multimedia materials.
Key responsibilities include responding to media inquiries, coordinating retirement and benefits workshops, preparing workshop materials, and gathering attendee feedback for improvements.
Candidates should have experience in website maintenance and marketing techniques.
The role also involves collaborating with internal and external divisions on publications, reports, and announcements, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and initiative in completing tasks efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, English, marketing, training and development, or related field, and two years of experience in communications, public relations, or training and development.
