GERS Administrator, Austin L. Nibbs, would like to advise the retirees who receive their annuity by paper checks that their annuity payments will be mailed out later today.
We apologize for this inconvenience and strongly advise that retirees who reside within the Virgin Islands territory or in the U.S mainland, to use direct deposit to receive their annuity payments.
The Direct Deposit Enrollment Form can be found on our website or retirees may come into our office to complete the Direct Deposit Enrollment Form.
A completed form may also be submitted from your financial institution. Once your form is submitted, it takes 1 (one) pay cycle before monies are electronically credited to your account.
